 Maaf banget, ya! Aku sudah gak terlalu aktif lagi, nih! Soalnya aku harus belajar untuk menghadapi ulangan - ulangan. Apalagi ulangan mendadak yang paling aku gak suka.   Hello - hello, Friends! Hari ini dan detik ini, aku mau nge-post, nih! Aku mau nge-post tentang Tanaman Obat Keluarga atau disingkat menjadi TOGA.

  Apa sih Tanaman Obat Keluarga itu?
Tanaman Obat Keluarga atau TOGA itu adalah tanaman hasil budidaya rumahan yang berkhasiat dan bisa menjadi obat. Oh ya, Tanaman Obat Keluarga ada macam - macam, lho! Diantaranya adalah :

Seledri

  Mungkin tanaman ini tidak asing lagi untuk kita apalagi para ibu - ibu. Nama latin seledri adalah Apium Graviolens. Manfaat dari seledri adalah sebagai penyubur rambut, penyedap rasa masakan, mengobati rematik, menurunkan tekanan darah dll ...

Temulawak 

  Tanaman ini juga tidak asing bagi untuk kita. Nama latin dari temulawak adalah Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb. Agak susah juga sih nyebutin nama latinnya itu. Tapi, dengan giat dan berusaha pasti kalian bisa! Kita lanjut ke manfaat atau khasiat dari tanaman ini. Khasiatnya adalah mengatasi sembelit, memperbanyak ASI, memperkuat sekresi empedu dll.

 Wah, bagus, ya! Ini nih yang namanya landep. Kalian pasti asing kan dengan namanya? Aku juga asing sih karena aku juga baru tahu ketika guru PLH-ku memberi tahu tentang tumbuhan landep ini. Tanaman landep ini bernama latin Barleriae prionitis L. Dan hebatnya adalah tanaman landep ini memiliki khasiat yaitu mengobati rematik.

Daun Sirih 
 

 Tanaman daun sirih ini sangat terkenal terutama kalangan nenek - nenek. Daun sirih mempunyai nama latin Chavica betle L. Khasiat dari tanaman daun sirih ini adalah mengobati batuk, antiseptika dan obat kumur.
